Because some of our products are fulfilled through a print-on-demand production partner, minor variations in garment shade, print placement, or production batch may occur. Such minor variations do not automatically qualify as defects.

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction where permitted by law.

We do our best to ensure that product descriptions, images, sizing guidance, model information, and other content on the site are accurate and helpful.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the size guide, fit notes, model information, and product details before placing an order. If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before purchase.

All prices shown on our website are listed in the currency displayed at checkout unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time, including after an order has been submitted.

Orders may be fulfilled through third-party production and shipping partners. Delivery times may vary due to production times, carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout. We are not responsible for failed delivery, delays, or extra costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

If you are a customer in the EU / UK / EEA, fixed-design, non-personalised products may be eligible for return within the period stated in our Return & Refund Policy, subject to the listed conditions.

For damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items, please contact us promptly with your order number and supporting photos.

We do not accept returns that do not meet the conditions set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Accuracy of billing and account information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders made through our store.

You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, shipping address, and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you if needed.
