Refund policy
1. Return window
EU / UK / EEA
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. After notifying us that you wish to return the item, you must send it back within the applicable return period stated in your confirmation instructions. Refunds for valid cancellations include the item price and the cost of standard outbound shipping. If you selected a more expensive shipping option, only the standard shipping amount will be refunded.
International orders
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only, unless local law requires otherwise. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
2. Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition and must not be used, worn, washed, altered, stained, or damaged after delivery. Original packaging is preferred where possible. For EU / UK / EEA returns, customers may inspect or try on the item in a way they reasonably would in a shop, but we may reduce the refund if the item shows handling beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics, and fit.
We cannot accept returns for:
- items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, stained, or deliberately damaged
- items returned without prior confirmation
- items sent back outside the applicable return window
- items that are correct as ordered but are being returned because incorrect details were entered at checkout
- personalised or custom-made items, if we offer those in the future, except where they are faulty or where required by law
3. How to start a return
To request a return, please email us at nocryclubclothing@gmail.com with:
- your order number
- the reason for the return
- photos, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Please do not send your item back without contacting us first. Because our products are fulfilled through Tapstitch, approved returns may need to be sent to a specific return address. Returns sent without prior confirmation may not be accepted. We aim to review requests within 7 working days of receiving your email.
4. Return shipping
For EU / UK / EEA returns made under the 14-day return right, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless we state otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or full refund.
5. Refunds
Once your return is approved and, where required, received back in acceptable condition, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. For EU / UK / EEA cancellations, refunds include the item price and standard outbound shipping. If the returned item shows use or damage beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we may make a deduction where permitted by law. For approved damaged, defective, or incorrect-item claims, we may instead offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, depending on the situation.
6. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at nocryclubclothing@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos. If the claim is approved, we will arrange a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund.
7. Incorrect address, contact details, refused delivery, or unclaimed packages
Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and email are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery failure, return-to-sender, additional shipping charges, or loss caused by incorrect address details, incorrect phone numbers, refused delivery, or unclaimed packages. If a package is returned to sender because it was unclaimed, refused, or the address details were incorrect, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be resent.
If tracking shows a parcel as delivered but the customer cannot locate it, please first check the delivery location and contact the carrier.
8. Cancellations before shipment
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at nocryclubclothing@gmail.com . Because our orders are fulfilled through Tapstitch, changes and cancellations may only be possible before production or shipment has progressed too far.
9. Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law. If an item is faulty or not as described, customers in the EU also have legal rights relating to repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund under applicable law.
